The chopping board is not your typical urban icons product, but there seemed to be a gap in the market for a small, handy chopping board.

There is something daunting about having to get out a large chopping or bread board if all you want to do is chop up a couple of spring onions.

We've sold a number of these to professional cooks. They like them because they can hang them up close to hand for those quick chopping jobs.

Size is important here because, unlike larger boards, it's easy to handle, fits into the sink and doesn't get in the way when hung from a hook or rail system above the work surface. The stainless steel cable and swage hoop is very robust and won't rust or mark after washing.
